- Registration
fee includes: Admission to scientific sessions and
exhibition are, welcome reception, coffee breaks, conference
kit and
certificate of attendance.
- Registration fee does not
include lunch, dinners or Gala dinner.
Tickets for lunch and dinner can be purchased at the registration.
- A letter of invitation can
be issued for the interested
participants upon request, with no financial commitment
on the meeting organization.
- Confirmation
of registration will be sent in by e-mail as soon as
the payment is credited to the account of the society.
- Cancellation
of registration must be made in secretariat of the
Egyptian Vitroeretinal Society before March 10th
2009. Refund of
80% of the registration fee wil then be made. No refund
will be made
for cancellation after March 10th.
